How this support desk works

In an effort to provide you with quick, easy and trackable customer support, majority of support requests are handled online through our Support Ticket system -- either through the support page at jerseystrong.com or a support kiosk located at the club.

 

We have a separate software company called ABC Financial, that handles all our member billing. So if you have a billing inquiry, you will be able to contact ABC Financial directly to help you with your request.

If your support request requires you to submit a support ticket, you will immediately receive a confirmation email from support@jerseystrong.zendesk.com to let you know that we have received your support request. Please add support@jerseystrong.zendesk.com to your email address book to ensure future delivery.

 

One of our Support Agents will help you with your request in the order your ticket was received (within 72 hours and usually much faster). You can continue your dialogue with one of our Support Agents by simply replying to any email you receive from them. Your support ticket will be automatically updated and tracked through the entire process.
