How long will Jersey Strong locations be closed?
In accordance with local and state mandate, all locations are closed until further notice.

 

Will I still be billed during this mandated closure of Jersey Strong?
All membership dues moving forward will be stopped until further notice, effective March 16, 2020. Any billing already in process March 17-20, 2020 will be reversed. Please allow 7-10 days for this reversal to take place.

 

I recently put my membership on Freeze, will I be charged a Freeze fee during this closure?
No, you will not be charged a Freeze fee during the mandated club closure period.

 

How will my account be credited for membership services during this closure?
Any March membership dues that you were already billed will be prorated and credited for the days that we are closed. This credit will be applied to your next scheduled payment after re-opening.

 

How will my personal training sessions be handled?
All monthly personal training billing moving forward will be stopped until further notice. Any billing already in process March 17-20, 2020 will be reversed. Please allow 7-10 days for this reversal to take place. The expiration date for all personal training sessions will be extended by the number of days that we are closed.
