Was I billed for my personal training during the State mandated closure of Jersey Strong? 
No, all monthly personal training billing stopped effective March 16, 2020. Any billing already in process March 17-20, 2020 was reversed.

 

I had personal training sessions in my account from before the closure, did they expire?
The expiration date for all personal training sessions that were active in your account prior to the mandated closure on March 16, 2020 have been extended by the number of days that we were closed.

 

When will my personal training monthly billing resume?
Even though Jersey Strong reopened on September 1, 2020 -- to help clients get situated, we’ve delayed your personal training billing for an additional 11-30 days (depending on your typical bill date).

 

Please use this simple chart to identify your next personal training bill date:

 

Your Typical Monthly Personal Training Bill Date Your Personal Training Monthly Billing Will Resume On
17th - 28th of the month For the month of September 2020 your personal training billing will resume on September 28, 2020. For October and going forward your personal training billing will occur on your regularly schedule personal training bill date.
29th - 31st of the month Your personal training billing will resume on your regularly scheduled personal training bill date, with your first personal training bill date being in September 2020.
1st - 16th of the month Your personal training billing will resume on your regularly scheduled personal training bill date, with your first personal training bill date being in October 2020. 

 

 

I haven't heard from my personal trainer yet, what should I do?
Please open a quick support ticket here, and we'll have our Training Manager from the club contact you to help you get you connected and setup.

 

My personal trainer is no longer employed at Jersey Strong, what are my options?
Sometimes this happens. If your trainer is no longer employed at Jersey Strong, we'd like to have our Training Manager from the club contact you. Please open a quick support ticket here. They'll be able to learn a little bit more about your situation and explain the options available to you. Be sure to ask them about adding 3 free personal training sessions to your account -- a simple no-cost way for you to restart your personal training. IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the impact of COVID-19, we actually have a good number of top trainers who are now available to take on new clients (previously they had been booked solid with a waiting list).
